Speech Language Pathologist in Great Falls, SC
Step into a rewarding contract position serving elementary students (K-5) across multiple school sites. You’ll play a vital role supporting a caseload of approximately 40 children, delivering speech therapy services onsite for the upcoming school year. Desired Qualifications:
- Valid ASHA certification (CCC required) or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
- Active South Carolina LLR and SC Educator Certificate
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to onsite service delivery
- Ability to provide engaging, evidence-based therapy to a diverse elementary population
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language assessment, intervention, and evaluation for elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain all required documentation and progress reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Consult with teachers and other professionals regarding student needs
- Communicate regularly with families to support carryover and progress outside the classroom
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches
