Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Grand Haven, MI

Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, ideally within schools or healthcare
- Proficiency in ACC device strategies and interventions
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills with both students and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech therapy focused on increasing use and fluency of an ACC device
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans targeting the student's unique communication goals
- Monitor, document, and report progress to parents and collaborating professionals
- Provide recommendations and support to optimize communication outcomes for the student
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards
