- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapeutic intervention to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success
- Document progress, maintain appropriate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Remain current with best practices and continuing education in speech and language pathology
