Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments, evaluations, and provide direct therapy services to students.
- Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Oversee and support the daily activities of an onsite SLPA, offering clinical guidance and supervision.
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Utilize paid administrative time for indirect service hours, paperwork, parent communication, and meetings.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active or pending Missouri State SLP license; CCC-SLP certification is strongly preferred.
- Eligibility to complete state background check and fingerprinting prior to your start date.
- Previous experience supervising an SLPA is advantageous, but not required—support and guidance are available.
- Skilled in school-based, pediatric, and/or teletherapy environments; open to new graduates (CFY) and experienced clinicians alike.
