This unique travel position is specifically for a Pre-K SLP role, focused exclusively on conducting thorough assessments, with no treatment duties required. The schedule is highly flexible, involving only 11.25 hours each week (1.5 days/week), giving you ample downtime to recharge and savor all that the Golden area has to offer.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in school-based and pediatric SLP settings is highly desired
- Proven skills in student assessments for Pre-K ages
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for Pre-K students
- Document assessment outcomes clearly and collaborate with educational teams and families
- Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions as needed
- Maintain compliance with all relevant documentation and standards
