Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity in Golden, CO for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers a manageable caseload of approximately 25 students across K–12 grade levels, providing an excellent opportunity to deliver individualized speech and language services while working in a collaborative educational environment.
With just one school site, this role offers consistency, strong staff relationships, and the ability to focus on helping students achieve their communication and academic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K–12
- Conduct speech-language evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
