Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Valid state licensure for SLP as required for school-based practice
- Prior experience in school, healthcare, or teletherapy environments highly valued
- Comfortable with virtual platforms and telepractice tools
- Strong communication, organizational and collaborative abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver tailored therapy to K-12 students
- Provide engaging virtual sessions addressing speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
- Monitor student progress, update documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, educational teams, and caregivers to support generalization of skills
- Maintain compliance with school, district, and professional documentation standards
- Utilize innovative teletherapy strategies to motivate students and enhance participation
