Desired Background:
- Active SLP license with CCC certification
- Previous experience working in school settings or with school-aged children
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Comfort providing both direct and consultative services as part of an educational team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Conduct assessments and track student progress with professional documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with staff and families to support each student’s goals
- Provide resources and strategies to teachers and caregivers to enhance outcomes
