Qualifications:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Experience supervising or mentoring SLP Clinical Fellows (CF)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Current state licensure as required for school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert speech-language services as needed within the school environment
- Provide consistent and thorough supervision for an SLP CF, including scheduled direct and indirect hours each trimester
- Document, review, and provide feedback on the Clinical Fellow’s progress
- Collaborate with other educational staff and families to support student outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district policies regarding SLP practices
