Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active Special Provider License CDE required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- School-based SLP experience highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with students, teachers, and families
- Ability to develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans for high school-aged students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to high school students as identified in their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop therapy goals, and prepare progress reports
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions as needed
