Ideal Qualifications:
- Masters’ degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible for New York SLP licensure
- ASHA CCCs preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse student needs
- Ability to adapt therapy to meet IEP goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and monitor student progress
- Develop tailored treatment plans to address speech, language, articulation, or fluency goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and school professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed and provide updates on student achievement
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants
