Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Glendale, AZ

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a current Arizona SLP license
- Possess ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in school settings preferred
- Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card required
- Arizona Department of Education certification (DOE Cert) mandatory
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-8th grade students
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and therapy outcomes
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and school-based intervention teams
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and evidence-based practices to promote communication development
