Key Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona SLP state licensure
- Current Educator Certificate
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Bilingual fluency required
- Strong clinical skills in administering and interpreting speech/language assessments
- Commitment to culturally responsive practices
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct bilingual speech and language assessments for elementary and middle school students district-wide
- Collaborate with the evaluation team to determine appropriate services and recommendations
- Complete thorough documentation and case notes in compliance with state and district protocols
- Communicate results and recommendations effectively with educators, parents, and other stakeholders
- Remain current with best practices, state guidelines, and emerging trends in school-based speech therapy
- Travel between multiple schools (no static caseload), supporting the needs of K-8th grade learners
