School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Gilroy, California

Desired Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based experience or relevant pediatric experience is valued
- Comfortable working with K-12 students with varying needs and abilities
- Effective communicator, team-oriented, and adaptable
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other support professionals to maximize student progress and participation
- Maintain accurate and timely records, documentation, and progress reports
- Support students’ communication needs in classroom and social settings
- Attend meetings and professional development as needed
