Located in Salinas, CA, this in-person position is for a Speech and Language Pathologist supporting a Regional Preschool Special Education School. The role involves providing direct speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 50 students ages 3-5. The position runs immediately through the end of the 35-36 school year, with likely continuation into the 26-27 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to preschool-aged students within a specialized educational setting.
- Collaborate closely with a team including two other Speech and Language Pathologists.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and school requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development for early childhood special education populations.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of California.
- Experience working with young children, particularly in preschool or special education environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
