Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid Washington State SLP license in good standing (active status required)
- Demonstrated experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with K-12 populations and diverse caseloads
- Enthusiastic about working onsite; virtual assignments are not available for this position
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 grades
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to facilitate student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of effective interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
