Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Garland, Texas

Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license with CCC in Texas (SLP CCC TX)
- Background working with pediatric or school-based caseloads
- Relevant experience or strong clinical fellowship year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Enthusiasm for supporting diverse learners in a school environment
What You'll Do:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy to students, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain progress reports and data collection for ongoing evaluation and compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations or services
