Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP certification
- Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in grades 3-8, preferred
- Comfortable managing a full-time schedule and a caseload of approximately 33 students
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy to students in grades 3-8
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings as needed
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student progress
- Monitor and document student growth and maintain accurate records
- Adapt therapy methods to the unique needs of each student
