- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across various age groups and developmental levels
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Document student progress and maintain thorough compliance records
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, families, and educators
