What you’ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Lead engaging therapy sessions focused on attainable, measurable goals
  • Track and document progress with attention to detail and compliance
  • Partner with educators, psychologists, and related service professionals for integrated care
  • Involve and inform families to promote effective home and school communication strategies

What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active, valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year candidates will be considered
  • Prior experience serving pediatric and/or school populations is an asset
  • Strong skills in communication, relationship-building, and teamwork
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
  • Compliance with all state and board licensure requirements
