Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution (required)
  • Active or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also welcome
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage families and staff effectively
  • Capability to function independently and thrive within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with diverse needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to facilitate speech and language development
  • Lead therapy sessions, targeting personalized communication goals
  • Diligently track, monitor, and document student progress and outcomes
  • Work cohesively with educational staff, specialists, and families to ensure a continuum of care
  • Foster family involvement by providing guidance and education regarding therapy practices and progress
