Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong ability to manage IEP documentation and perform thorough student evaluations
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, diagnostic evaluations, and assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain accurate, timely records—especially related to IEP requirements
- Work closely with general and special education teachers, as well as families and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct, group, and consultative speech therapy services as indicated
