What You'll Need:
- State of South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology licensure
- South Carolina Educator Certificate
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Ability to manage a K-12 caseload
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to onsite service delivery (no teletherapy)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K-12
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to student needs
- Provide therapy, interventions, and/or consultation to students, teachers, and families
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school professionals
- Maintain timely, accurate records and progress notes in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt therapy approaches based on student progress and classroom demands
