Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) in Texas
- SLP-CCCs preferred; consideration for Clinical Fellows (CFY) with appropriate supervision available
- Experience in school settings or pediatrics highly desired
- Skilled in providing assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students
- Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to assigned students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track students’ progress
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Adapt therapy strategies for both in-person and virtual settings when required
- Build rapport with students and contribute positively to the learning environment
