Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fremont, CA

We're seeking two passionate Speech-Language Pathologists—one to cover a maternity leave until January 31, 2027 (possibility to extend), and another for a full-time, school-year commitment. Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- California SLP license (or eligible)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among assigned caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and families
- Maintain detailed session notes and document progress
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide timely input
- Support students’ communication needs in both individual and small group settings
- Offer guidance and resources to staff and caregivers as needed
