Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Fremont, California

You will deliver both individual and group therapy, collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team, and support students’ communication and academic growth.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active CA SLP license with PPS credential
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Comfortable working across multiple schools (assignments TBD)
- Experience with teletherapy platforms a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students (caseload/age group TBD)
- Complete assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school personnel
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
- Adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs
- Stay up to date with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
Expect a supportive environment with remote panel interviews, school-specific onboarding and training, and the opportunity to work alongside fellow professionals contracted at the district. Start as soon as possible and contribute through the end of the school year.
