Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Hayward, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Speech-Language Pathologist license recognized in California
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- California Teaching Credential (CTC) may be required
- Bilingual proficiency is mandatory
- Prior experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering equitable learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for eligible students
- Design and implement customized intervention plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy to students in group and one-on-one sessions
- Develop and update Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in partnership with school teams and families
- Maintain detailed progress documentation in compliance with school and district standards
- Collaborate actively with teachers, psychologists, and other specialists to support student success
- Participate in parent meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team conferences
