Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fremont, CA

The role is open to both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (including CFYs), as well as skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants, with a preference for those who are bilingual in Spanish.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, or valid SLPA credentials
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
- Experience in a pediatric or school setting supporting diverse student populations
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with various speech and language needs
- Deliver both direct and consultative services across pre-K through 12th-grade caseloads
- Document progress and evaluations, maintaining all compliance requirements
- Engage with families, teachers, and support staff to optimize student success
- Support English Language Learners and students from diverse backgrounds, leveraging bilingual skills (if applicable)
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team planning
