Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in San Jose, CA
An exciting opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in pediatric and school-based settings. This contract position is located in San Jose, CA, and involves working directly with preschool-aged children in an in-person school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 14 preschool-aged students.
- Deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support students' communication development.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress.
- Participate in team meetings and parent consultations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school and healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders relevant to early childhood education.
- Ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Flexibility to provide services in-person, on-site.
Position Details:

- Work Schedule: 25-30 hours per week, typically 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), with potential for increased hours and schedule flexibility.
