Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 52 elementary-age students with the assistance of a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA). Deliver individualized assessments and interventions aligned with best practices to support each student’s communication needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans that foster language development and academic success.
Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California is required
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in school settings
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload efficiently
