What we’re looking for:
- Active New Jersey SLP license
- New Jersey Department of Education Certification
- Background in school-based SLP work strongly preferred (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or equivalent experience)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Strong commitment to helping students succeed academically and socially
As an integral part of the educational team, you’ll:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, voice, language, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to foster student growth
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring per school and state standards
- Provide both direct and consultative therapy services within IEP frameworks
