Speech Language Pathologist in Fredericksburg, VA

If you have caseload or age group preferences, your input is encouraged—your expertise and comfort matter here. Those with their CCC are welcome, and Clinical Fellows (CFs) eager to launch their careers will also be considered.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows will be supported
- Experience in school settings highly valued
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility with grade and caseload assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students, tailored to each child’s needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to positive outcomes for students
