School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Franklinville, New York

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for student development
- Comfortable collaborating within a multidisciplinary educational team
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ needs and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to support student success
- Communicate regularly with families to share progress and strategies for at-home support
- Utilize onsite Teaching Assistant support to enhance therapy session effectiveness
