A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school in Framingham, MA. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an elementary caseload with direct therapy services.
- Conduct speech and language assessments and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Develop and deliver individualized IEP goals and services.
- Collaborate and consult regularly with teachers, parents, and school staff.
- Maintain clear communication channels regarding student progress.
- Participate in IEP team meetings and contribute to goal writing.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Massachusetts state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; candidates with Clinical Fellowship (CF) status are also encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is required.
- Ability to work onsite exclusively due to caseload demands.
- Compliance with CORI background check and fingerprinting requirements.
- Candidates must hold SLP licensure; no Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will be considered.
This position involves working directly within the school environment to support students' speech and language development. A Zoom interview will be conducted as part of the selection process.
