A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school in Framingham, MA. This contract role spans a full semester, beginning ASAP and concluding on June 30, 2026. With 1 opening available, candidates can choose between full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an elementary caseload with direct therapy services.
  • Conduct speech and language assessments and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Develop and deliver individualized IEP goals and services.
  • Collaborate and consult regularly with teachers, parents, and school staff.
  • Maintain clear communication channels regarding student progress.
  • Participate in IEP team meetings and contribute to goal writing.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Massachusetts state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; candidates with Clinical Fellowship (CF) status are also encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is required.
  • Ability to work onsite exclusively due to caseload demands.
  • Compliance with CORI background check and fingerprinting requirements.
  • Candidates must hold SLP licensure; no Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will be considered.

This position involves working directly within the school environment to support students' speech and language development. A Zoom interview will be conducted as part of the selection process.
