Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Fountain, Colorado

We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work on a contract basis with a diverse pediatric population. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged children, including IEP management
- Skilled in evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with colleagues, parents, and students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and screenings to identify speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students across a range of ages and abilities
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting for compliance
- Support families and educators to promote carryover of therapeutic goals
