Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Fort Worth, Texas

You’ll have the chance to work with a diverse student caseload, with responsibilities that involve evaluations, direct services, ARD (Admission, Review, Dismissal) meeting participation, documentation, and supervision of SLPAs. The assignment runs from ASAP through May 2027, offering the stability and ongoing growth that comes with a multi-year contract.
Qualifications:
- Current Texas SLP-CCC credential required
- Previous school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP experience strongly preferred
- Skilled in assessments, therapy planning, and documentation for K-12 populations
- Familiarity with ARD processes and special education guidelines
- Ability to supervise support personnel, including SLPAs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans for students
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy in accordance with IEPs
- Attend ARD meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations for services
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Mentor and supervise SLPAs to ensure high-quality support for all students
