Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fort Wayne, IN

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CF accepted
- Active state SLP license needed, or eligibility to obtain Indiana licensure
- Experience working within a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students across all grade levels
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Attend and participate in meetings, case conferences, and professional development as needed
