Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric population preferred
- Comfortable working with students across K-12 grade levels
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students per IEP requirements
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to foster student growth and success
- Communicate regularly with families regarding therapy goals and progress
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school-wide initiatives
