Speech Therapist in Naples, FL

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates accepted
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills and passion for working with children and adolescents
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations for students referred for speech and language concerns
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students, addressing a wide range of communication needs
- Document progress and maintain accurate student records
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
