- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy services—both individually and in group settings—catering to diverse student needs
- Maintain accurate, timely records and progress notes in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff on strategies for student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development activities
