Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Provide direct therapeutic services, both individual and group, tailored to student needs
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and parent conferences
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate communication strategies into the classroom environment
- Offer support and resources to families for carryover of skills at home
