- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP state licensure and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing evidence-based therapy
- Compassion and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations and age groups
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
- Maintain effective communication with faculty, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Collect data and monitor student progress toward therapy goals
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing collaboration with school staff
