Compensation: $40–$60 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support multiple school sites in Fillmore, CA. This full-time, onsite role involves working with a K–12 caseload, primarily serving students with mild to moderate speech, language, and behavioral needs. Join a collaborative school team focused on helping students achieve meaningful communication outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K–12 students
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
Support students with mild to moderate behavioral needs in the classroom setting
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California SLP license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered)
Experience in school-based settings preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
