Requirements for Success:
- Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Credentialed as SLP-CCC or eligible SLP-CFY
- Previous experience working in a school setting (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for working with preschool-aged children
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for children ages 3-5
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team discussions
- Provide direct therapy and offer classroom-based support as needed
