An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist to support students for the current school year. Desired Background and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid State SLP license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students, individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation and reports
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
