A full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to serve students across elementary, middle, and high school levels in Fayetteville, NC, within a structured school setting. This position offers a consistent schedule from August 13, 2025, through May 27, 2027, with Monday to Friday hours totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Candidates must hold an active North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license; however, out-of-state license holders who can obtain NC licensure by June or July will also be considered. This role requires onsite presence only, as remote or virtual options are not available. The work involves managing caseloads across all student age groups, supporting diverse communication needs within the school environment.

Key qualifications and experience include:

  • Certification as Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Active North Carolina licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure within the specified timeframe
  • Experience working in school settings with varying age groups from elementary to high school
  • Ability to travel and relocate to Fayetteville, NC, for onsite work requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators and families

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering speech and language therapy services to students
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into educational plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and progress notes in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing expert input
