A full-time opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist in Fayetteville, NC, serving students in elementary, middle, and high schools within Cumberland County. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language challenges.
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students across elementary, middle, and high school settings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and participation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school and state guidelines.
- Participate in relevant meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Possess a current North Carolina license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP); out-of-state license holders considered if able to obtain NC licensure by June or July.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work onsite full-time with a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.

- Position based in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
- Full-time employment from August 13, 2025, through May 27, 2027.
- Onsite role only; remote or hybrid work options are not available.
