Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based role. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive educational environment, helping students develop essential communication skills for academic and social success. We proudly welcome both experienced SLPs and SLP Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY) looking to gain valuable school-based experience with strong mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and services
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or pending state licensure
- CCC-SLP preferred, but not required
- Open to SLP-CFY candidates
- School-based experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
