Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist – CCC certification required

- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress effectively
- Flexibility to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs among K-5 students
- Develop and implement targeted therapy plans to support academic success and personal growth
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with teaching staff and families
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and services provided
- Provide both group and individualized therapy sessions, adapting strategies as needed
- Serve as a resource for staff, providing guidance on classroom interventions and communication strategies
