Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with elementary school students (K-5) preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs effectively
- Compassionate, organized, and committed to student success
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations for students with speech/language concerns
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set achievable therapy goals
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services based on student needs
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support students' progress
- Maintain timely, accurate session notes and comply with relevant state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide ongoing support and education for teachers and families as needed
